NEW Director of Laboratory Services opening at one of the most well known healthcare organizations in the United States! This position will be overseeing a Laboratory Advisory Board that consists of clinical leaders from various healthcare systems and is responsible for providing clinical input into the contract portfolio and supporting the implementation of contracts within the healthcare organization. The Director of Lab Services will be serving as an expert for the organizations Laboratory Services and will need to lead the board driving contracting strategies, determine clinical and technical requirements for RFPs and will ultimately make contract award recommendations.

For consideration, applicants must have either a B.S. or Master's Degree (preferred) in clinical laboratory science (or related field) and at least 5 years of Laboratory Management experience. In addition, this individual must have a strong knowledge of laboratory standards and recommended practices, JCAHO guidelines and CDC guidelines.

This facility is offering a highly competitive compensation package. Starting salary is 125,000.00 (with flexibility based on experience) as well as a top-notch benefits package. Sign on bonus OR relocation assistance might be available to the right applicant.
