Job Duties and Responsibilities

Line Technician:

We are currently seeking self-motivated, safety minded, positive, enthusiastic individuals to become part of our line service team.  Our success is made possible by three things: our passion for people, our passion for service, and our tireless effort to be a leader. As a Line Technician, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing ground support for private aircraft.

  • Safe and efficient movement and servicing of various types of aircraft.

  • Handling of aviation fuels, maintaining quality of fuel through various procedures, and completing paperwork.

  • Complying with regulatory and procedural requirements.

  • Assisting passengers and pilots.

  • Ensuring the accuracy of information through various means of communication (radio, telephone, electronic, etc.)

  • Communicating with aircraft via radio.

  • Assisting internal customers and teammates.

  • Working closely with customer service representatives and pilots to ensure all customer needs are met.


  • Valid drivers license

  • 18 years of age

  • High school diploma

  • Experience in the aviation industry is desired but not required.  There is an extensive safety, technical and customer-service training program.  

  • Physical requirements include the ability to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

  • Candidate must also be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.  

  • Schedule flexibility is a must, as most FBOs operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  

  • Candidates need to possess a strong sense of safety and customer service.  

  • Customer service entails displaying amiable character under stressful situations, while satisfying the safety and service needs of each customer.  

  • Candidate must have a passion for outstanding customer service, good problem-solving abilities, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess excellent communication skills.
