Looking for a Hematology Supervisor for a teaching hospital in West Virginia. Primarily, the supervisor is responsible for maintaining the overall function of the Hematology section of this lab, including quality control and inventory management. This supervisor is also in charge of employee performance reviews as well as hands on lab work. The split is about 70% benchwork with 30% admin duties.

- 4+ years experience in Hematology
- ASCP (open to AMT as well)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Leadership experience preferred
