Job Summary
The Medical Technologist performs various laboratory testing procedures in assigned areas as licensed.
The technologist will work customarily involves analytical testing of blood and/or other human biological specimens. Depending on campus and department - various pre and post analytical work processes are included in the work duties customarily performed.
Education/Training:
2 Year/Associate Degree, Science
4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology preferred
Experience:
2 year min. of experience required, 2 or more preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
Must be a Florida licensed Medical Technologist
Relocation offered case-by-case basis
