We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity in Seattle with an advanced Immunohematology Reference Laboratory that handles complex antibody investigations and specialized transfusion testing.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities

• Perform complex antibody identification and red cell reference testing.

• Conduct adsorption/elution procedures and transfusion reaction investigations.

• Perform antibody testing using tube, gel, and solid-phase methods.

• Assist with rare donor testing and specialized blood product requests.

• Provide technical consultation and maintain laboratory quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Biological Science, or equivalent.

• MLS, BB, MLT, or equivalent certification required.

• Minimum 2–3 years of immunohematology laboratory experience.

• SBB certification preferred.

• Ability to participate in scheduled on-call, weekend, and holiday coverage.
