Experienced Medical Technologist Ready for a Leadership Opportunity?

Are you an experienced Medical Technologist who enjoys working across multiple areas of the laboratory? Do you have a strong background in Blood Bank and an interest in taking on more leadership responsibilities?

We are recruiting for a General Laboratory Supervisor opportunity in the Indianapolis, Indiana area!

This position is ideal for an experienced MT who wants to put their technical expertise to work while helping lead a clinical laboratory team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily operations of a busy general laboratory

• Providing technical guidance and support to laboratory staff

• Working across Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank

• Ensuring accurate testing, quality control, and regulatory compliance

• Assisting with staff training, scheduling, and workflow improvements

• Supporting a positive, efficient laboratory environment

What We're Looking For

• MT certification through ASCP or AMT – REQUIRED

• Strong experience in ALL major laboratory departments – REQUIRED

• Hands-on Blood Bank experience is essential

• Solid understanding of general laboratory operations and quality standards

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Leadership experience is a plus!
