Qualifications

Strong, hands-on blood bank and transfusion medicine experience required

Previous laboratory leadership or management experience preferred

Knowledge of blood bank operations, quality control, and regulatory compliance

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead and support a laboratory team
