Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Western North Carolina
Type: Permanent and direct hire
Schedule: Full-time, 7 days on / 7 days off

10-hour shifts overlapping first and second shifts

Wednesday–Tuesday rotation

Hospital-based clinical laboratory opportunity
-
Perform laboratory testing, quality control, and instrument troubleshooting

Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent CLIA-qualified education
-
MLT registry eligibility required
-
ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification required within one year of hire

Sign-on bonus available for eligible hires
-
Competitive pay: $24.10–$36.15/hr
