We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead Phlebotomy and overall laboratory operations for a permanent role in the Boston area. This position is ideal for a seasoned clinical laboratory professional ready to step into a leadership role with responsibility for staff oversight, quality, compliance, and daily workflow management.
Position Highlights:
Permanent, full-time position Leadership oversight of Phlebotomy/laboratory operations $83,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience Full benefits package Excellent opportunity for an experienced Lab Supervisor or Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field ASCP, NCA, or equivalent certification preferred Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience Knowledge of CAP and Joint Commission requirements Previous supervisory/management experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and quality management skills
