We are hiring an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee Phlebotomy and laboratory operations for a permanent opportunity in the Boston area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical laboratory professional ready to take on a leadership role with responsibility for staff, quality, compliance, and daily operations.

$83,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field

ASCP, NCA, or equivalent certification preferred

Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience

Knowledge of CAP and Joint Commission requirements

Previous supervisory/management experience strongly preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and quality-management skills
