This is a permanent leadership position with a large healthcare organization looking for someone with strong Blood Bank operations, quality, and regulatory experience.
Position Highlights:
- Blood Bank/Transfusion Services leadership
- AABB, CAP, and CLIA regulatory oversight
- Process improvement and quality management
- WellSky and EPIC experience highly valued
- SOP development, validation, training, and change control
- Responsibility for maintaining inspection readiness
Candidates should have 5+ years of leadership or quality management experience within an AABB/CAP-accredited transfusion service. AABB Assessor experience is preferred.
