Position Highlights

• Perform cytology screening and evaluation of patient specimens
• Experience with both gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology
• Review and evaluate cytology specimens for abnormalities
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established laboratory procedures
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities
• Collaborate with pathologists and other laboratory professionals
• Work in a team-focused environment committed to accurate and timely patient results

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Cytotechnology experience required
• Experience with both GYN and non-GYN cytology required
• Strong knowledge of cytology procedures, specimen preparation, and screening
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to recognize abnormal findings
• Strong understanding of laboratory quality standards and patient safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the laboratory and pathology team
