Clinical Laboratory Supervisor
Looking for a new laboratory leadership opportunity?
A hospital outside of Warner Robins, GA is seeking an experienced laboratory professional to lead operations.
Position Highlights
- Full-time leadership position
- Lead day-to-day laboratory operations and technical services
- Strong focus on Blood Bank operations
- Oversee quality, regulatory compliance, accreditation & competency
- Support process improvement and strategic initiatives
- Coach, develop, and support laboratory staff
- Collaborate with laboratory leaders across multiple locations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or equivalent
- MLS (ASCP BOC), MT (ASCP), or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of technical laboratory experience
- 5+ years preferred, particularly in Blood Bank
- Previous laboratory leadership experience
- Knowledge of CAP, regulatory requirements, quality processes & policy development
- Strong communication, organization, and people skills
