Laboratory Supervisor opportunity in Hudson Valley, NY.
This is a leadership role with a well-established multi-specialty medical practice, offering the opportunity to stay hands-on in the lab while leading day-to-day operations.
Highlights:
- Salary: $93,000–$104,000
- Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00pm
- Full-time, onsite position
- Approximately 50% bench work / 50% leadership
- Supervise laboratory staff and daily operations
- Work in microbiology, histology, cytology, urinalysis, FISH, and more
- Lead quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and process improvements
- Excellent benefits and a collaborative team environment
We're looking for someone with:
- NYS Medical Technologist License
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of Medical Technologist experience
- Previous laboratory leadership experience preferred
- Histology and/or microbiology experience is a plus
