Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist (MLS/MT) – Lexington, KY

A hospital laboratory in the Lexington area is adding to its team and is looking for an MLS or MT who enjoys a variety of testing, values teamwork, and wants a stable long-term position.
What You'll Be Doing
- Performing testing across multiple areas of the laboratory
- Reviewing and verifying results for accuracy
- Troubleshooting instruments and resolving routine issues
- Maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Working closely with fellow laboratory professionals to support patient care
What They're Looking For
- MLS/MT certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Clinical laboratory experience preferred
- Generalist experience is highly valued
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while managing priorities throughout the shift
