Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist (MLS/MT) – Central Kentucky Region
A health care laboratory is seeking Medical Laboratory Scientists / Medical Technologists (MLS/MT) for multiple shifts and employment types. This is a direct-hire permanent opportunity with strong benefits and long-term stability.
Full-Time First Shift (40 hours weekly / 8-hour days)
Location
About 30 minutes from Ford, KY

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory testing
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation
- Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
- Accurately document and report patient results
- Collaborate with healthcare providers on diagnostic testing
Requirements
- ASCP certification (MLS/MT or equivalent preferred/required depending on role)
- Hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred
- Strong generalist/core lab experience preferred
- Blood bank experience a plus for select roles
- Detail-oriented with strong technical skills
