Job Description
A healthcare laboratory in Central Kentucky is hiring Medical Laboratory Technicians / Medical Technicians (MLT/Med Techs) for multiple shifts and flexible schedules in a stable hospital environment.
Location: Lexington/Georgetown area+ surrounding areas

What You’ll Do
- Perform routine clinical laboratory testing
- Run core lab procedures (chemistry, hematology, urinalysis)
- Maintain lab instruments and quality control standards
- Report accurate patient results in a timely manner
- Support physicians and clinical teams in patient care
What We’re Looking For
- MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred/required
- Hospital or clinical lab experience preferred
- Strong generalist/core lab background preferred
- Blood bank experience a plus
- Detail-oriented and reliable team player
