Lab Supervisor - Chem/Hem
Location:
Near Charlotte, NC
Type:
Full-time and permanent
Responsibilities:
- Manage laboratory operations in a defined clinical testing discipline
- Optimize resources, financial performance, growth, safety, teammate engagement, and quality
- Collaborate with internal laboratory leaders and business partners
- Align with corporate strategies, initiatives, processes, and procedures
Requirements:
- College degree
- ASCP certification
- Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting, including leadership
Pay:
$41-$61/hr
