Location: Ocala, FL
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) to join its hospital laboratory team.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing on blood, tissue, and body fluid specimens

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related scientific field
- Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Previous hospital laboratory experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
