Medical Technologist (MT/MLS)
Established healthcare organization seeking a Medical Technologist to join a high-volume acute care laboratory team.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and STAT clinical laboratory testing
- Analyze and report accurate laboratory results
- Work across multiple laboratory departments including Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology
- Follow quality, regulatory, and safety standards
- Support specimen processing and other laboratory operations as needed
Qualifications
- Florida Medical Technologist License required
- ASCP certification preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- Hospital laboratory experience preferred
- Blood Bank experience highly valued
- Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
