Lead Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist in Arizona

I'm hiring for a Lead Medical Technologist in Arizona! There is potential for sign-on bonus and potential for relocation assistance.

The Lead Medical Technologist coordinates daily laboratory operations under the supervision of the Lab Manager, Lab Supervisor, and Lab Director. The Lab Manager ensures efficient and timely laboratory services in compliance with regulatory standards, maintains inspection readiness, supervises testing personnel, manages quality control and assurance programs, calibrates and troubleshoots instrumentation, orders supplies, provides technical training and support, and acts on behalf of the Lab Manager/Supervisor when they are unavailable. The Lead Tech is also included as a working tech on the daily schedule.

Requirements: College degree; ASCP cert; prior experience, including leadership
