Position Overview

As a Hematology Medical Laboratory Technician / Medical Technologist (MLT / MT) on the overnight team, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely laboratory results that directly support patient diagnoses, treatment decisions, and overall quality of care. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume laboratory environment, you will perform complex testing across multiple laboratory departments while ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with all quality and safety standards.

This role is essential to maintaining smooth overnight laboratory operations and requires strong attention to detail, independent decision-making, and the ability to work confidently with advanced laboratory instrumentation. The MLT / MT will be responsible for analyzing patient specimens, validating results, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining strict adherence to laboratory protocols and regulatory guidelines.
