Hematology Lead Medical Technologist Opportunity in Central Georgia
Join our team as a Hematology Lead Medical Technologist located just 1 hour and 20 minutes from Atlanta. This role involves hands-on bench work in hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and body fluids, in addition to overseeing lab operations and supporting staff.
Key Highlights:
- Lead role with training and competency responsibilities
- Hands-on bench work in core lab areas
- Day shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) with some flexibility
- Pay range: $73,840 – $110,760
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
We're looking for someone with:
- MLS/MT certification (ASCP, AMT, AAB, NCA, or HHS equivalent)
- 4+ years hospital lab experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong hematology/core lab background
