Job Description
NEW Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) Opportunity – Evening Shift
We’re hiring a Medical Technologist to join a close-knit hospital lab team where your work directly impacts patient care and clinical decisions.
Location: Northern New Hampshire
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00pm–12:30am (75 hours biweekly)
What You’ll Do:
- Perform moderate- to high-complexity testing across multiple disciplines (chemistry, hematology, blood bank, microbiology, serology, urinalysis)
- Analyze specimens and ensure accuracy of results
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and maintain quality standards
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment
- Collect and handle specimens (phlebotomy as needed)
- Communicate critical results to clinical staff
- Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or equivalent certification required
Nice to Have:
- 1–2 years of lab experience
- Phlebotomy experience or certification
