Team Leader – Core Laboratory Cytogenetics
Location: Charlotte, NC
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Highlights:

- Monday–Friday schedule (12:00pm – 8:30pm) with rotating weekends/holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency
- Oversee testing quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
- Train, coach, and support team members while ensuring adherence to standard work
- Monitor workflow, turnaround times, and team productivity
- Support lab operations, equipment troubleshooting, and staffing needs
Requirements:
- ASCP certification (or equivalent)
- 2–5+ years of relevant laboratory experience
- Prior leadership or team lead experience
- Strong knowledge of lab workflows, quality systems, and instrumentation
- Experience with FISH and chromosome analysis preferred
