NEW Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) / Medical Technologist (MT) – Full-Time Nights Opportunity
Rural Southern Arizona
A healthcare facility in Southern Arizona is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) for a full-time night shift opportunity. This is a great role for someone looking for a consistent schedule and hands-on lab experience in a supportive setting.
Position Details:
- Full-time, permanent role
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Perform lab testing and specimen analysis
- Maintain lab equipment and supplies
- Work under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze laboratory specimens
- Ensure accuracy and quality of test results
- Maintain and troubleshoot lab instruments as needed
- Follow all laboratory protocols and CLIA regulations
- Assist Laboratory Manager with additional duties as needed
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- MLT certification (or eligible) through an accredited agency preferred
- Must meet CLIA requirements (Subpart M)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to perform all core laboratory functions
- CPR certification required
- Bilingual is a plus
