NEW Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) / Medical Technologist (MT) – Full-Time Nights Opportunity
Rural Southern Arizona

A healthcare facility in Southern Arizona is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) for a full-time night shift opportunity. This is a great role for someone looking for a consistent schedule and hands-on lab experience in a supportive setting.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, permanent role
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Perform lab testing and specimen analysis
  • Maintain lab equipment and supplies
  • Work under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze laboratory specimens
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of test results
  • Maintain and troubleshoot lab instruments as needed
  • Follow all laboratory protocols and CLIA regulations
  • Assist Laboratory Manager with additional duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
  • MLT certification (or eligible) through an accredited agency preferred
  • Must meet CLIA requirements (Subpart M)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to perform all core laboratory functions
  • CPR certification required
  • Bilingual is a plus
