Blood Bank Lab Manager – Chino, CA
We are seeking an experienced Blood Bank Lab Manager for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Chino, California. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a well-established Blood Bank within a respected healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Blood Bank/transfusion services department
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory staff
- Manage workflow, staffing, and performance within the department
- Maintain excellence in patient care and blood product safety
Requirements:
- California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license (required)
- SBB (ASCP) certification (required)
- Prior management or leadership experience in a Blood Bank setting
- Strong background in transfusion services and immunohematology
