Hospital Laboratory Director – Full Time
East Ridge, TN
We are seeking a Hospital Laboratory Director to lead all laboratory services.
Schedule:
Full-time, day shift, no weekends
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hospital laboratory operations
- Manage staffing, budgets, and compliance
- Ensure regulatory accreditation standards are met
- Lead quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in laboratory science or related field
- Prior hospital lab leadership experience required
