We are seeking a Micro/Molecular Laboratory Supervisor to oversee high-complexity testing operations.
Schedule:
Full-time, rotating shifts
Responsibilities:
- Supervise microbiology and molecular testing operations
- Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
- Train and support laboratory staff
- Monitor workflow and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- ASCP certification preferred
- Prior microbiology or molecular lab experience required
