Lab Supervisor – Hematology – Full Time
Chesapeake, VA
We are seeking a Lab Supervisor to oversee hematology laboratory operations.
Schedule:
Rotating schedule
Responsibilities:
- Supervise hematology laboratory testing and workflow
- Ensure quality control and compliance standards
- Train and support laboratory staff
- Assist with operational efficiency and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- ASCP certification preferred
- Hematology experience required
- 3+ years laboratory experience required
Compensation:
$33.53 – $55.89/hour
