Medical Laboratory Technician / Medical Technologist – Full Time
Franklin, TN
We are seeking MLTs and Medical Technologists for a night shift opportunity in a hospital laboratory setting.
Schedule:
- 3rd shift (Monday–Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Must be able to work this exact schedule
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and high-complexity laboratory testing
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with lab standards
- Maintain laboratory instrumentation and documentation
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree (MLT) or Bachelor’s Degree (MT)
- ASCP certification preferred
- Prior clinical lab experience required
