Microbiology / Molecular Laboratory Supervisor – Full Time
Pawtucket, RI
We are seeking a Microbiology / Molecular Laboratory Supervisor for a full-time leadership role in a clinical laboratory setting.
Schedule:
- Full-time, day shift
- Schedule may vary based on lab needs
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the Microbiology and Molecular departments
- Oversee quality control, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Ensure accurate and timely test reporting
- Train, mentor, and support laboratory staff
- Assist with workflow optimization and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, MLS, or related field
- ASCP certification preferred
- Strong experience in Microbiology and/or Molecular Diagnostics required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
