Director of Laboratory – Full Time
Bloomfield, IA
We are seeking a Laboratory Director to oversee all aspects of hospital laboratory operations.
Schedule:
Full-time leadership position
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all laboratory departments and operations
- Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics
- Ensure regulatory compliance (CAP, CLIA, etc.)
- Implement quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- Prior laboratory leadership experience required
- Strong regulatory and operational management background
Compensation:
Up to $124,173 annually
