IRL Manager – Immunohematology Reference Laboratory (SBB Required) – Full Time
Riverside, CA
$143,000 to $158,000
We are seeking an experienced IRL Manager to oversee immunohematology reference laboratory operations.
Schedule:
Full-time leadership role (day shift, Monday–Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee immunohematology reference laboratory operations
- Manage technical and administrative laboratory functions
- Ensure compliance with CA state regulations and AABB standards
- Support complex antibody identification and advanced serologic work
- Lead and develop laboratory staff and workflows
Qualifications:
- California CLS license required
- SBB (Specialist in Blood Bank) certification required
- Prior management experience in reference or transfusion services required
- Strong leadership and regulatory compliance background
