Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Follow quality control procedures and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support patient care
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred (or eligibility required)
• Previous laboratory experience is preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
