Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT)
Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona
Schedule: Night Shift – 3x12s
Compensation: Competitive based on experience
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join a dynamic healthcare team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis
- Analyze specimens and ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
- Follow quality control procedures and comply with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support patient diagnosis and treatment
- Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- ASCP or equivalent certification preferred (or eligibility required)
- Previous laboratory experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
