We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join a reputable healthcare facility in Avon, Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing across departments including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Adhere to quality control standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred (or eligibility required)
• Prior clinical laboratory experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
