NEW MLT / MT – Night Shift Opportunity
Location: Southern Rural Arizona
Schedule: Full-Time | Nights (Fri–Sun, 6:45pm–6:45am)
Overview:
We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician/Technologist to join a hospital-based lab team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently on overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis on patient specimens
- Collect and process samples accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and troubleshoot lab instruments and equipment
- Ensure compliance with CLIA regulations and lab standards
- Assist Laboratory Manager with daily operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (or equivalent)
- MLT certification (or eligible) through an accredited agency
- Ability to meet CLIA testing requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CPR certification required
- Bilingual skills are a plus
