NEW Cytotechnologist Opportunity – Full Time | Day Shift | Up to $20K Sign-On Bonus
A highly regarded, nationally recognized healthcare system in South Florida is seeking a Cytotechnologist to join their laboratory team. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity offering strong compensation, excellent benefits, and long-term career stability.
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: ~$36 – $47/hr (based on experience)
Bonus: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology specimens
- Perform staining and processing of lab samples
- Assist with fine needle aspirations and related procedures
- Collaborate with pathology and clinical teams to support accurate diagnoses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
- ASCP Cytotechnologist (CT) certification required
- Clinical Laboratory Technologist license
- 3+ years of cytology experience preferred
- Strong experience in gynecologic cytology
