NEW Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) – Day Shift (12-Hour Shifts)

Seeking an experienced and confident MT/MLT to join a critical access hospital where you will play a vital role in patient care and work with a high level of independence. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong generalist who thrives in a smaller setting and is comfortable working autonomously.

Compensation: $30–35/hour

Schedule:
Day shift
12-hour shifts

Requirements:
MT/MLT certification (ASCP or equivalent) required – must already be certified

Ability to work independently as the primary tech on shift
Recent phlebotomy experience required – must be comfortable performing patient draws
No new graduates – must be able to step in and operate independently
