Lead Core Lab Technologist – Charlotte, NC (28202)
EVENING SHIFT
We are seeking an experienced Lead Core Lab Technologist to join a high-performing laboratory team in Charlotte. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a focus on leadership, quality, and operational excellence across the core lab.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the core lab (chemistry, hematology, coagulation)

Lead, mentor, and support laboratory staff

Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Assist with scheduling, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting
-
Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround times
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
-
ASCP certification required
-
4+ years of clinical laboratory experience (leadership experience preferred)
