NEW Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) Opportunity – Full-Time | Buffalo, NY

We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join a well-established hospital system in the Buffalo area. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform moderate and high complexity testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis

• Analyze and verify test results with accuracy and efficiency

• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation

• Follow all quality control, safety, and regulatory guidelines

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support patient care

Qualifications:

• ASCP (or equivalent) certification required or eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field preferred

• Prior clinical laboratory experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting

• NYS Medical Technologist license strongly preferred
