Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

MLS(ASCP) or MT(ASCP) certification (required)

Minimum 3 years of experience in Microbiology

Strong technical expertise and knowledge of microbiology procedures and quality standards
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily microbiology operations and ensure quality performance standards

Serve as a technical resource for laboratory staff

Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
