NEW Hematology MT/MLT Opening
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Searching for a MT or MLT to join a Hematology department in a fast-paced clinical laboratory environment. This overnight role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are committed to accuracy, quality, and efficient laboratory operations.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for the daily processing of laboratory specimens and performing established testing procedures while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities

Receive and process specimens according to laboratory protocols

Perform testing procedures and produce accurate, reliable results

Interpret and report laboratory findings

Meet departmental productivity and performance expectations

Follow all laboratory safety precautions and procedural guidelines

Perform routine instrument maintenance and assist with troubleshooting

Education & Certification Requirements

Associate's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical technology

Valid ASCP or AMT certification required

Must maintain required continuing education for certification
