NEW Hematology Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician – 2nd Shift Opportunity

We are seeking a Hematology MT or MLT to join our laboratory team on 2nd shift. This role performs waived, moderate, and high-complexity testing while ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality results that support excellent patient care.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform a wide range of waived, moderate, and high-complexity lab tests accurately and efficiently

• Evaluate specimens and apply established criteria to ensure quality results

• Run quality assurance and quality control procedures in compliance with federal, state, and CAP standards

• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• Current certification through ASCP, AMT, or HEW

• A.S. in Medical Laboratory Technology OR B.S. in Medical Technology, Biological Science, Chemistry, Physical Science, or military equivalent (official transcripts required)

• Experience with Chemistry preferred

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

• Clear and professional communication skills

• A motivated professional interested in career growth and development

• Entry-level candidates welcome; internships or academic training accepted

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of laboratory experience

• Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
