Your Role

• Perform cytological testing and accurately report results

• Prepare cytologic specimens for diagnostic and disease monitoring purposes

• Document test results and quality control measures thoroughly and accurately

• Enter and verify specimen and patient demographic information

• Perform laboratory maintenance and quality control procedures

• Utilize laboratory computer systems effectively

• Meet diagnostic performance guidelines established by medical leadership

• Assist in training new staff, students, and pathology residents as needed
