Your Role

• Supervise technical and/or non-technical laboratory staff and assign shifts and responsibilities

• Oversee laboratory processes, service levels, and regulatory compliance

• Develop and manage quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives

• Monitor resource utilization, including staffing, supplies, and expenses

• Coach, train, and support staff development and performance

• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of laboratory personnel
