NEW Clinical Laboratory Scientist – HLA Laboratory (Night Shift)
Full-Time | Night Shift (10:30/11:00 PM – 7:00/7:30 AM)

A well-established HLA laboratory in a major healthcare system is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Technologist) to join its night-shift team. This role focuses on highly complex histocompatibility testing that directly supports organ transplantation. Candidates with prior HLA experience are strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform HLA antibody identification and crossmatch testing, including urgent deceased donor workups

• Analyze, interpret, and report results with accuracy and attention to detail

• Monitor QC data, identify trends or shifts, and document findings

• Troubleshoot assays and instrumentation using SOPs and manufacturer guidelines

• Serve as an advanced technical resource for fellow CLS team members

• Perform complex assays and assist with training and competency evaluations

What We’re Looking For:

• CLS – MTA - California Clinical Laboratory Scientist required upon hire
  OR CLS – MTR – California Clinical Histocompatibility Scientist required upon hire

• 3+ years to 5 years of hands-on testing experience in a clinical and/or clinical histocompatibility lab required

• Bachelor's Degree in medical technology or a life science required
