Clinical Laboratory Scientist Needed in One of a Kind Location

NEW Permanent Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Generalist) – Rural Mountain Hospital

Are you a dependable, experienced CLS who enjoys small-community living and mountain life? A well-established rural hospital in a high-snowfall mountain region is seeking a strong Generalist Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join its team.

What You’ll Do:

• Work variable shifts (days, PM, and occasional overnight/graveyard)

• 10- and 12-hour shift options

• Perform all aspects of generalist bench work independently in a slower-paced environment with occasional trauma cases

• Function confidently as the solo tech on shift when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Active CLS Generalist license

• Strong generalist skillset and ability to work independently

• Clear and effective English communication

• Reliability, long-term commitment, and genuine interest in rural/mountain living

• Comfort driving, walking, and shoveling in significant snowfall

• Ability to provide 3 professional references up front
