Your Role

• Coordinate the operation of the blood bank section of the clinical laboratory

• Perform all testing of donors and patients, including advanced antibody investigations and crossmatch techniques

• Oversee staff selection, orientation, and training

• Lead quality control and quality improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
